Sven is an energetic and charismatic sales director with a proven track record across a wide range of projects through all stages of development from site acquisition, to planning and pricing, to launch, sale and subsequent settlement. An 18 year Real Estate industry veteran and multi award winning agent, Sven started selling broad acre land subdivisions before specialising in apartment projects. In the last 6 years Sven has been involved in over 25 apartment projects with a combined value of over $550M.
