On February 1, the doors at Altitude will transform into that of Realmark Urban, in one of the city’s most exclusive suburbs.
The merger opens up new avenues of porosity for Altitude, leveraging Realmark’s potent reputation and experience along with their dedication to innovation and best practices for clients.
Realmark managing director, John Percudani, said the merger gives the new entity a commanding competitive edge.
“Realmark continues to attract top calibre agencies and professionals to our network who value how we are adapting to the rapidly evolving nature of real estate business.”
“These agents understand that consumer expectations are different today, and they recognise how important it is to be part of a smart agency that has the knowledge and resources to provide clients with real-time, best practice solutions.”
Paul Tonich founded Altitude Real Estate in 2008 with his cousin Nathan.
Paul stated that the combination was a no brainer with such a strong strategic fit. “We’re always looking for ways to enhance how we deliver property services to our clients, and how we develop the next generation of real estate leaders within our business.”
Mr Tonich said Realmark Urban would leverage the strength of both agencies and deliver a modern approach to real estate.
