Excellent written and verbal communication skills are as invaluable to Carla in real estate as they were in the law, and negotiation is something she thrives on – having successfully represented clients in the District Court, the Coroner’s Court, and the State Administrative Tribunal in her capacity as a lawyer.
For over thirteen years in her earlier working life, Carla honed her sales skills in the luxury goods and prestige cosmetic industry to become a top selling consultant with international brands such as Clinique, Clarins and Yves Saint Laurent. On the sales floor Carla learnt, and developed a love for, the art of selling.
The ability to actively listen to her client’s needs, impart excellent product knowledge, and provide impeccable customer service are skills and abilities that Carla has effortlessly transferred from her previous sales experience to her role as a real estate sales consultant.
Commencing her career in real estate in August 2013, Carla listed and sold her first property by October that year, which lead to an award winning first 12 months in the industry. Above all else, it is Carla’s genuine love of the property market and her desire to assist people to achieve their property goals that have made Carla so successful in the real estate industry
