As a member of Realmark’s Strata Management team, Monique Bailey is committed to working cooperatively with residential and commercial strata owners and councils to help protect the value of their property investments.
Joining Realmark in 2015, Monique is an experienced strata manager who works with strata councils to effectively manage, maintain and administer all aspects of their strata properties, including the administration of finances, maintenance, insurances and record-keeping. Another important aspect of Monique’s role is to help foster a conducive and professional community environment for strata owners.
Monique has a strong understanding of strata management legislation, keeps abreast of changes to industry regulations and ensures Realmark clients are aware of their obligations and compliance requirements.
Using this knowledge, Monique is able to alleviate the burden on strata owners and councils by helping them stay across important matters such as by-law changes, management statements, financial reporting, ATO requirements, re-subdividing, exclusive use arrangements, meeting procedures, levy notices, Section 43 statements or any other strata issues.
Monique is proud to be an ambassador for Realmark’s Community Connect program which provides opportunities for Realmark staff to give back to their local communities.
Monique is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) with The North Metropolitan TAFE
